Pursuant to Art. 13 GDPR, we inform you that:

- We process personal data in order to:
- provide the Plants4Pets encyclopedia and search functions,
- handle user reports (e-mail, message content),
- respond to enquiries and improve data quality,
- ensure security and prevent abuse (technical logs),
- conduct statistics and analytics — only after cookie consent where applicable.
- Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (service/report handling), Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent — e.g. analytics cookies), Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest — security, service development).
- Recipients: hosting, e-mail and analytics providers acting on our behalf under data processing agreements.
- Retention: for the duration of handling your report and thereafter as required by law or until claims expire.
- Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, complaint to the Polish DPA (UODO).

Report form
When you submit a plant report we collect your e-mail address and description. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to process the report. By submitting you accept the Terms of Service.
